The People Behind the Studio
Akansha comes from a background in art, music, design, storytelling, and cultural research — disciplines that shaped how she sees systems: not as machines, but as living, sensing, culturally embedded structures. She has led Creative Europe projects such as Cultural Corners and is actively involved in the Erasmus programme, bringing deep experience in cross-cultural collaboration and European institutional frameworks. She is also pursuing an LLB with the University of London — her third degree — gaining expertise in legal research frameworks and institutional governance.

Her work bridges non-Western intelligence — particularly Indian philosophical traditions of interconnectedness and systems thinking — with European institutional structures. The result is a consultancy that thinks differently because it was built from different foundations.
Akansha is also the founder of Art Throng, a sustainable interior design and construction platform in the Canary Islands — encompassing interior design, carpentry, masonry, renovation, and sustainable vacation rentals & homes in Fuerteventura.
AITI LAB operates across Horizon Europe, Creative Europe, and LIFE funding streams — not as a grant writer, but as an innovation architecture firm: designing projects, leading consortiums, and building collaborative infrastructure for cross-sector change.
Varsha is a serial entrepreneur and the driving force behind Amazzzing Venture Capital — a venture platform she founded to back bold ideas at the intersection of culture, community, and commerce. Her entrepreneurial instinct is rooted in a rare combination: the ability to spot underserved market gaps, move fast from concept to launch, and build resilient businesses that adapt as they grow.

Under Amazzzing Venture Capital, Varsha founded Deseos — originally a delivery app that has since evolved into an experiential market in Fuerteventura, redefining how local economies blend digital and physical commerce. She also founded a coliving space in Fuerteventura, creating infrastructure for the modern nomadic and creative class.
What sets Varsha apart is her capacity to run multiple ventures in parallel without losing focus or quality — managing product development, community building, operations, and investor relations simultaneously. She understands that great businesses are not just built on ideas, but on execution, timing, and deep market intuition.
Her track record demonstrates a consistent pattern: identify a real need, prototype fast, iterate with the community, and scale with purpose. From digital platforms to physical spaces, Varsha brings the same rigour — she doesn't just launch businesses, she builds ecosystems.
